I've recently criticized salesforce.com for their frequent scheduled downtime and used PayPal as an example of a reliable Internet service.
Today Googler Matt Cutts![[Feed]](http://spanningpartners.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/feedicon16x16.png){kind=small}
notes that PayPal was down late last night.
The eBay System Status Board also notes the outage and shows that even PayPal has scheduled downtime.
